By using deploy-gridhub.digital you agree to these terms. If you engage Deploy Gridhub for forecasting analytics services, a separate written scope and fee confirmation will also apply.

Services described

This website describes consulting and facilitation services related to application forecasting analytics—including demand outlook briefs, retention curve forecasts, audits, and planning cadence facilitation. Content is informational. Listing a price does not create a binding offer or enable checkout.

No online payments

We do not process payments through this website. Any fees are agreed in writing and invoiced separately.

Intellectual property

Site text, branding, and materials we create remain owned by Deploy Gridhub unless a client agreement assigns specific deliverables. Client data and event extracts remain the client’s property.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit unlawful or abusive content through forms.

Limitation of liability

Forecasts are planning aids based on available data and stated assumptions. They are not guarantees of future results. To the extent permitted by Thai law, Deploy Gridhub is not liable for decisions made solely on website content without a signed engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Our studio address is 69 Moo 13, San Kam Phaeng, Chiang Mai, 50130, Thailand.
