Forecast cadence
A scheduled rhythm for updating demand and retention outlooks so planning meetings stay calm. This is the service model behind our Planning Cadence Facilitation engagements.
Monthly schedule
One cycle. Clear owners. No surprise refreshes mid-meeting.
Week 1 — Input refresh
We pull agreed application analytics windows, check definition drift, and flag seasonality notes for Thailand’s calendar. You confirm any product or pricing changes that should shift assumptions.
Week 2 — Outlook draft
Demand and retention ranges are updated. Assumptions and confidence notes are written in plain language for product, growth, and operations leads.
Week 3 — Facilitated review
A ninety-minute session focused on decisions: staffing, experiment sizing, release timing. We capture owners and dates before the room empties.
Week 4 — Action follow-through
Async check on open actions and a short note for next month’s inputs. Parking-lot curiosity stays out of the live review.
